Yesterday Jason turned 34. Thanks to everyone who wished him a Happy Birthday! I have to say it is great to be in America for these things! We made him a big banner we hung on the outside of the house, and his favorite German Chocolate Cake.
Then he got Guitar Hero. I wanted him to have a completely indulgent present for his birthday. Especially for the hard few months he has had and the sacrifices we have made lately. He is our hero. Happy Birthday Jason.

Hey, nice to see your blog. Did you do german chocolate cause you lived there, or does he just love it? That was the staple birthday cake at my house growing up, gotta love it!
Happy Belated Birthday Jason!!! I remember when you were just a little guy playing soccer in Bountiful when you lived there. My children would die to have that Guitar Hero. We are saving up to purchase the WII and accessories for a big celebration when Elder Pyle comes home on August 13th!!!
